The method of Applications:

• In order to obtain continuous, stable parting film and minimising the cost per mouldings, our products should be completely wet before applying to the mould. Thereby, it eliminates sticking in extrudes, moulds, calendars and various other equipment throughout the rubber processing operation. The method for applying these products keep varying owing to the differences in production equipment. Furthermore, it can be sprayed automatically or applied by swabbing, dipping, wiping and hand spraying.
