Before applying D.R.P Silicone Emulsion the mould should be completely wetted which assures a continuous, stable Parting film and helps minimize cost per moldings. Thus it eliminates sticking in extruders, moulds, calendars, and other equipment’s throughout the rubber processing Operation.
The technique for applying D.R.P Silicone Emulsion varies because of deference in production equipment. Non Silicone Emulsion may spray automatically or applied manually by swabbing, wiping, dipping or hand spraying.
Note: D.R.P Silicone Emulsion other better shines than any other commercial 30% Silicone Emulsion.
